Prices reflect the cost of materials, labor, and craftsmanship at the time of listing. Precious metal prices fluctuate frequently, and prices may change without notice.
Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Once an item has been handed over to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

Our products are handmade and produced individually. Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to order or clearly personalized. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this condition.
