Processing Times

Bamtastic Silver pieces are prepared and shipped from our studio in the United States.

Some designs are ready to ship, while others are finished in the studio after an order is placed.

  • Signature Collection pieces typically ship within 2–4 business days

  • Studio-finished pieces typically ship within 10–14 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page

Processing times reflect the care each piece receives before leaving the studio.


Shipping Methods

Shipping methods are selected based on destination and service availability.

  • United States: USPS Priority Mail

  • UK & International: UPS with full door-to-door tracking

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Bamtastic Silver is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events outside our control.


International Shipping

We ship internationally, including to the European Union.

International customers are responsible for any additional charges imposed by their country, including but not limited to:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT

  • Brokerage or handling fees

These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are collected by the carrier or customs authority.


Customs & Delays

Bamtastic Silver is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier disruptions, or other factors beyond our control.


Risk of Loss

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to the buyer.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after shipment.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

Bamtastic Silver is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it.
