Shipping
Bamtastic accepts payment through PayPal and all major CC companies to ensure safe online shopping. Please be sure to include the right shipping address when making your purchase. Bamtastic Silver ships to the United States, its territories and internationally. Your treasure is shipped via United States Postal Service unless otherwise requested. All orders are made-to-order from recycled silver and typically ship within 2-3 weeks.
If you have a deadline for a gift, please let me know! I will work with you to make sure you receive your treasure in time!
Orders will only be shipped when the appropriate payments have been made and cleared.
Shipping & Handling Fees:
- United States-Domestic Shipping is $9.00 flat rate Priority Mail shipping with USPS. ($2 each extra item of treasure.)
- Canada – $14.00 flat rate shipping (7-20 Business Days) (Plus $3 each extra item)
- International – $14.00 flat rate shipping (7-20 Business Days) (Plus $3 each extra item)
INSURANCE
We insure every order to make sure you receive it without incident. This is at our expense because we pour our passion and soul into each and every creation.
With Tracking
Please note for international orders, the default shipping method is USPS international mail. Orders typically arrive 1-3 weeks after departure from our jewelry workshop. If customs hold the orders then it may take longer. Notice for international customers: Tracking information is not available unless customer selects and pays for UPS shipping option. Bamtastic Silver insures your orders at our expense. If something happens, we will work with you to and the insurance company to file a claim. However you may have customs duties upon receipt of your treasure. Bamtastic Silver does not accept returns or exchanges at this time. CUSTOMS, TARIFFS AND TAXES:
Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Depending on the goods being shipped, charges may or may not be incurred by the customer and assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.
Returns
Your business is very important to us. Since every piece of treasure is made completely by hand we cannot accept returns. We’re proud to say that in 3 years of creating and filling jewelry orders, we’ve never had one single customer request to send a piece back. We work to make sure you receive what you want. Bamtastic Silver jewelry becomes family heirlooms and is meant to last a lifetime. If you have any issues with a piece of treasure from us, we want to know about it.
